If you do not get the correct hair/hair packs and the store is closed you’ll have to pay the full amount of the service for the wasted appointment — If you wait last minute to purchase your hair and they’re out and you buy the wrong hair you’ll be charged 1$ a minute as an inconvenience fee while you’re at the store.Starting from when you leave the shop and ending when your back at the shop door — If im running behind on the client before you and I have to push your time back for any reason and you choose to cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded —Rescheduling/canceling is only allowed if you do so 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment — if you book within 7 days your deposit is non refundable —You can only reschedule your appointment once. — If you cancel your appointment within 24hours of the appointment/no call no show you will need to pay the full amount before you can book again — If your hair is short or mid back/longer please contact me before booking or you’ll be charged an inconvenience fee — If you’ve done a no call no show do not try to book with me again — I don’t take kids younger than 10 —If you have any symptoms of being sick(cough/sneeze) I will not be able to service you and you will loose your deposit. — Please don’t make plans after your appointment.The estimated service time can very depending on the client -You’re responsible for letting me know of any allergies when booking your appointmentBusiness Hours
